A pretty regular day...

Today was a nice day. Pop-pop came down for a visit in the morning and we spent some time in the brisk, morning air.

The basement is a great place for Josh to run around and burn off some steam! Katelyn enjoys being in the walker (with her feet dangling!) and watching Josh. She is reaching for her toys and Josh periodically includes her in his play. They are both cute to watch!

Work Weekend at Deep Creek

It's been almost nine months since anyone last stayed at Deep Creek before the flood! Now we can see the light at the end of the tunnel - all we are waiting for now is the trim to go up, plumbing to be installed and the carpet. Then we can start moving in furniture - should happen in April! Thank you to everyone who has helped! We cannot wait to stay in the house!

Work Weekend...Picnic?

Last weekend we went to Deep Creek to do some work on the house. We brought dinner over after Jeff and Kevin finished laying the new wood flooring and had a picnic. Grant stood guard while the men brought in the new kitchen cabinets and John stayed to help install them. Check out the newly painted walls.
