Birthday Weekend with Nana & Uncie

Nana and Uncie came to visit for Jeff's birthday, and the weekend was filled with activities for the kids...starting with an Easter Egg Hunt at the fire station.

Family Night - Glassblowing Edition

We went to McFadden Art Glass again and this time we brought Josh and Katelyn. It was a really fun night. We each got to make one icicle - actually, Josh and Katelyn each made two. :)

Favorite Room in the Museum

Josh and Katelyn's favorite room in the museum was the rocket room. (We named it this - this is likely not the official name!) We even made a trip back to the room before we left to go home! Josh, Katelyn and Josie all dressed up - yes, even Katelyn who does not typically enjoy dressing up. Josh was the Captain of the shuttle - he wore his orange jacket proudly. The girls were cute in their oversized jump suits. They were on camera and pretended to be in space. But the best part was the rocket blaster. There is a video at the end of this post.

A day at the Museum

We spent the day in Philly at the Please Touch Museum with Natalie, Josie, Jack, and Danny. And as a bonus, we got to celebrate the boys' first birthday too!

The museum was awesome. Really, really a great place! And clean and well organized with plenty of staff in each exhibit. We had a really great day!
