Merry Christmas from the Squires Six

Yes...it's been a long time since we've posted here. But it's Christmas...time for a miracle!

We had a wonderful day at home today. YiaYia and Pop-Pop spent the night and were here for the big morning. It was just so fun watching Josh and Katelyn open presents. And we were so, so happy for Meka and Medina to be home. Our first Christmas all together as a family. We are so thankful! Meka and Medina had a lot of fun opening presents and playing with tissue paper!

It's Time!

Guess who will be home 9 days????

We were cleared by the Embassy this morning and have confirmed our flights! We are overjoyed with this news - soon we will all be under one roof!

Eagle Bay Fun

We had a great four days in the Adirondacks. It's our third year in a row visiting the Prinzings with Stacey, Kate, Jed and Greg. It was so fun to have Lori there too this year! Thanks for such a fun time!

Carnival Time

We had a really fun night at the Lion's Club Carnival with YiaYia and Pop-Pop. 

Josh and Katelyn road rides from 7:30-10:30 - with only a break for fireworks and ice cream! 

They seemed to pick a ride and then spend that whole ride figuring out which ride they were going to choose next. They are buddies and it is really sweet to watch. Josh did a few big rides on his own or with Daddy, but Katelyn was also brave and chose a few new rides as well. We were really proud of them! They are so much fun!

Hair Cuts

Katelyn has been asking to have her hair cut for a few months now. Her friend, Madison, inspired her. Madison told her that she could brush her own hair with it shorter...Katelyn was all in. I also was ready for a big cut, so we went to the salon together on Thursday. We each donated 9+ inches to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths campaign.
